How does the Leadership Marketing Bonus work?
• You will be given the amount of your Marketing Bonus every January. You can utilize this bonus throughout the calendar year as long as you continue to have leadership status. • Once you have any marketing expenditures you want to re-coup using your Marketing Bonus, simply complete an expense report outlining the marketing costs you have spent and send it to us. When we receive your expense report and confirm the information you have provided is marketing related, we will forward your Finance and they will pay out said expenses to you using the same method by which you currently receive your commissions. Payment will made to you within 30 days of us receiving your expense report. Any payments made out to you will be debited from your starting Marketing Bonus.
