How does the leader / co-presenter know when someone has sent a Chat to All participants?

Chat sent to All participants is sent to the entire room – not to an individual. Therefore, there is no interface change when the Chat is sent. The leader should periodically check Chat. Also, the leader can remind participants to send Chat (just to him/her) if the message is important.
