How does the law firm know if the invoice has been approved for payment by the customer?
The invoice will appear as an Approved Invoice in the user’s inbox. The law firm user may now view the results of the bill review as the invoice has been reviewed and approved by the customer. Once approved, the customer should pay the invoice through conventional methods. If a law firm has a question about payment on a specific invoice, they should call their customer contact.
