How does the Junk filter work?
Zimbra was installed with robust anti-virus and anti-spam filters. The anti-spam filter was tuned to be the least sensitive possible, to avoid marking legitimate messages as junk. You can, nevertheless, improve the sensitivity of the filter for your account, by marking incoming messages that you identify as spam. Just highlight the message and click on the button and Zimbra will learn to mark similar messages as “Junk”. You can check how well Zimbra is filtering junk mail, by frequently checking the content of the Junk folder and, optionally, marking mislabeled messages, by clicking on .
