How does the Judicial Board interpret the ASPSU Constitution?
Anyone may submit a question or other matters to the Judicial Board. Like all matters submitted to the Judicial Board, the appropriate Attention Request Form (such as a Question of Interpretation) must be filled out, in its entirety, and placed in either the Judicial Board’s inbox or the Chairperson’s mail box. All Attention Request Forms can be found both in the ASPSU office and on the ASPSU website. All Attention Request Forms are placed on the agenda for the next scheduled Judicial Board hearing. Notification will be sent to the Petitioner (the person who submitted the Attention Request Form) via the email address you provide on the Attention Request Form confirming the time and date of the scheduled hearing. Further instruction will be given in the notification.
