How does the judgment collection process work?
First, we complete an agreement that details the terms of the assignment of judgment. You will then assign the judgment to us making us the assignee of record. Once we have filed the assignment documents with the court, we will have the legal right as the judgment creditor of record to investigate the judgment debtor and proceed with the enforcement process.
First, we enter into an agreement covering terms of the assignment of the judgment. Then the judgment is legally assigned to us, making us the judgment creditor. This enables us to pursue the debtor and his assets. After finding where the debtor is and what he has, we determine what legal methods will be successful in collecting what is owed.
First we complete an agreement detailing the specifics of our purchase of the judgment. If acceptable, you then assign the judgment to us, making us the judgment owner of record. Once we have filed this “Assignment” with the court, we have the legal right to investigate the debtor and to proceed with the legal process of enforcement of the judgment. Then, after we complete the investigation and enforcement, we are able to complete our agreement with payment of the agreed percentage of the recovery.
