Based on the proven methodology of the ASP Ten Best Web Support Sites program, each entry is reviewed by a panel of six judges (three per each of two localized languages), using a scoring system that measures 25 different performance criteria. The sites with the highest scores will be recognized as the “Year’s Best International Web Support Sites.
