How does the jet of liquid get around the stopper to the clog? Will the force of the liquid push the stopper down?
The seal between Power Jet™ and the sink drain forces the product down the drain to blast the clog–there is nowhere else for the contents to go. The stopper must remain open. A loose stopper that easily moves down may need to have the stopper handle held to prevent the stopper from being forced down.
