Brothers in the CLP who demonstrate leadership skills necessary for a J.E.C.L. position using the Matrix of Leadership as their guide are first invited to interview for a J.E.C.L. position by the CLP Director. The CLP Director may also arrange interviews between you and other SAR alumni, including members from the Supreme Board of Chancellors. During the interview process, your Individual Leadership Profile will be reviewed and your skills evaluated based on the position requirements. The CLP Director will notify you within one (1) week of your interviews whether or not you have been selected for a J.E.C.L. position.
