How does the introPOINTS scoring system work?
introPOINTS awarded for each activity are earned based on time and intensity. 10 points awarded for a ‘typical’ length workout in that activity. So for example, a 30 minute, moderate intensity run and a 2 1/2 hour long baseball game would both earn 10 points. It takes longer to earn 10 points in baseball, because typically, a baseball game takes longer to complete than a run. By setting up the scoring system this way, we are awarding Players for their effort, regardless of calories burned or results achieved. In introPLAY, the playing field is even and beginners can compete with seasoned athletes. We want you to achieve your results, but we want to encourage the best individual performance for each Player. [TOP] How do the introPOINTS work if I am in more than one introLEAGUE? If you are in more than one introLEAGUES, your workouts will translate into introPOINTS for each league you are in. So scoring 11 points will count towards each of your leagues.
