Scores from the International Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) are valid worldwide. Scores from the Institutional TOEFL are valid only at the institution administering the exam. Thus, PSU Institutional TOEFL scores are valid only at PSU. The International TOEFL is offered at test centers around the world. Go to www.toefl.org to locate the test center nearest you. The Institutional TOEFL is offered at PSU four times each year. Contact the Office of Admissions, Registration and Records for test dates and registration details.
