How does the internal company referral work?
All you have to do is email us your resume/cover letter prior to applying to the company. We then forward on your info to our internal contact. DO NOT CONTACT THE COMPANY BEFOREHAND. Once you have been referred by us, you can then proceed with your application normally. Please note that we do not guarantee that you will get a job with that company. You must still have the right credentials and experience needed by that company and pass through their interview process. If you are deemed unqualified by the company, there is nothing we can do. We only promise to get your resume into the hands of people within the company through an employee.
