The phone number at metropolitan cities are as follows: Calcutta: 136,137,138 Chennai:1361,1362,1363 Mumbai: 2656565 New Delhi: 1330,1335. On dialing these numbers you will be given step-by-step instructions to get the required information. This system is in addition to the telephone enquires attended to manually by the operators.
