How does the information get onto the site?
The information gets into the database by players running the WoWDigger Client. This is a small program that reads your data file which is created by the game. This is just a text file that sits in your WoW directory logging details of things you interact with in the game. Our client simply uploads that information into our database. It does not have the ability to access your account information. This is not possible with a WoW addon.
