How does the increase of oil prices affect people around the world and locally?
For one, most people have resorted in working more hours in order to pay for the prices of gas. Along with traveling less and or carpooling in order to save more on gas money. Most people that are not living moderately have started to stay closer to home, most i am sure are in the process of selling their trucks, suv’s and other large gas guzzling cars in order to have a car that can travel more on less gas. Let alone now not only is a hybrid car better for the environment but they are also very good on gas mileage, so people in the market of buying new cars are probably looking at more hybrid cars. As for me, gas is gas, and i plan on driving however much i want, the price of gas has not effected me in anyway. For most it is and for others its not, i know i am not the only one so carefree about this gas situation, some are handling it better then others.
