How does the Incline Sit-up Bench work?
Its for your abdominal so yeah its very good for your stomach & your strength all you have to do is sit on the bench and hook your feet under the roller pads & put your hands behind your head and place your chin on your chest. Now curl your body forward to the sit up position hold briefly at the top and then slowly return to the starting position you can also do it with someone else… you’ll need a ball with sand inside and a person to stand tall by the your feet 3-4inches away and toss the ball to you while your doing sit ups on the incline bench its like playing catch!
