How does the Incident Response Performance Analysis report make its calculations? Why is the count of incidents less than the total number of runs we had for the month?

That report uses Time Out, Time of Arrival, and Time In to make its calculations. Make sure you have the dates and times filled in properly for each incident report to ensure the calculation is made. The report will exclude the events where there is not enough data to make the calculation.
