How does the impact of clear cutting affect the natural habitat of the Spirit Bear?
Why? Why do people take more than they need? They strip the blanketed valleys of trees, animals, and plant life in the Cordillera region. They are stealing most of our oxygen and are making the valleys bare and ugly. We need to think of other people that are not as lucky as we are. In many regions they do not have enough water and not as much variety in the types of food. Please, we need to stop this irresponsible way of life. We have been greedy and are taking our environment for granted. We must make it better by finding a solution to solve this problem. If companies cut a certain amount of trees down they must plant that same amount of trees again or even more. This is happening but it is not going very good. We need to think about this more and cut different amounts of tress in different places in the Cordillera region so that we won’t destroy our environment.
