How does the IEC program compare to others available?
The Institute’s program stands alone as an executive coach training program conducted by practicing executive coaches who are also excellent facilitators of adult learning. Additionally, our program is very practical, with 60-70% coaching practice in Level One. You will learn how to coach through coaching and being coached, guided by experienced and qualified coaches. This is not purely theoretical training. Finally, the Institute offers comprehensive support to all our alumni in the form of the Community of Practice such as ongoing professional development forums, co-coaching circles participation, CPD activities and access to the Institute’s library.
