How does the Identity Cues Two Factor product work?
Once implemented, the first time you enter your user name and password on the bill pay system, a message will be displayed notifying you that a one-time security code has been sent to your email address that is on file with the bill pay system. You will then need to retrieve the security code and enter this in addition to your user id and password to complete the login process. Identity Cues will then ask you whether the PC you are using should be considered a trusted machine; if you answer Always Trust This Computer, the system will inform you from that point forward, when using that PC, you will only be required to enter your user id and password to access the bill pay system. If you click on Trust for This Session Only, and login at a later date from the same or any other PC, you will then go through the same login process again.
