Well, from what many people will tell you, water makes up 97% or something close to that of the human body. You body converts substances to others but water can’t be converted to complex elements. Still that important however, more then anything else, water is used as a filter. It captures what needs to be flushed out of the body and relieves the body of the toxins you put into it. There are so many chemicals and such they put into commercial food now, water it the first line of defense against that! Water basically keeps you from getting sick, as long as you drink enough of it and keep out enough of the bad. Think of water as the most important part of your diet. Make sure it is as free of chlorine and fluoride as possible. That is government added and not healthy. Money and population control are there reasons as far as I know.
