The Hillside District Plan is an area-specific plan that will refine the goals articulated in Anchorage 2020: Anchorage Bowl Comprehensive Plan, as well as bring together a number of separate, topic-specific planning processes into one Hillside plan. The Hillside District Plan must be consistent with the requirements of the Anchorage 2020 Plan and update the Hillside Wastewater Management Plan.
