How does the Hillcrest Investments allocation process work?
If the demand for an offering is higher than the amount available, Hillcrest Investments will allocate to investors by considering the following criteria: amount of assets in Hillcrest Investments accounts; whether an investor is a Qualified Purchaser, and the historical relationship of the investor with the firm. It is not the policy of Hillcrest Investments to allocate on a first-come, first-served basis, and the time your Offer to Buy is received will not influence the allocation decision. No person will be accepted as a purchaser prior to the closing of an offering. Hillcrest Investments reserves the right to reject any Offer to Buy, in whole or in part, or to allot any prospective purchaser a smaller allocation than that requested by such prospective purchaser. Any representation to the contrary is unauthorized and may not be relied upon.
