In order to benefit from the Health Card/E111/E128 that you obtained in your home country, you must first register with a “mutualité” (medical insurance company) (in Belgium) or with the “Caisse de Maladie des Ouvriers” (in Luxembourg – Head Office 125 Route d’Esch, 1471 Luxembourg Ville; local offices are listed in the telephone directory). The various Belgian “mutualités” are listed in the Yellow Pages (www.yellowpages.be).
