How does the Granza Team system work?
Granza Team Leaders and Team Members are simply independent lenders, Realtors and other real estate professionals. To use Granza and join the private network, you first apply for a service at the Granza web site. After you fill out a Granza “Smart Form”, your service request(s) are sent to the Team Leader (TL) you have requested. The TL is either a Realtor or lender, whether you will need their particular service or not. They analyze your request and assign the most competitive, qualified, professionals to handle each task. This is far easier than the customer trying to determine the best people for the job.
