How does the GoNoGo Rental Decision Maker work?
First, you’ll need to create your account. If you are a landlord, you will then create properties, so that you can tailor your screening criteria for each property. From there, it’s a three-step process to screen an applicant. You’ll begin the application using the potential renter’s email address to request that individual’s credit and/or criminal history information. Then, the applicant will create a new renter account, or log into his/her existing renter account, and confirm your request. Finally, you’ll be able to view the potential renter’s rental recommendation, along with his/her credit report and/or criminal history report, and make an informed leasing decision based on the information provided. The decision will be sent to the applicant by email. Voila! That’s it!
