How does the GM Extended Family Card work?
Receive a full 1% Earnings on your GM Extended Family Card purchases toward the purchase or lease of over 60 eligible, new GM cars, trucks and SUVs from Chevrolet, Buick, Pontiac, GMC, Saturn, HUMMER, Saab and Cadillac. There are no limits, subject to an individual’s annual credit limit, to the amount of Earnings you can accumulate within an Account Year. Earnings are valid for seven years from the end of the billing cycle in which they were earned. Expiration after seven years will occur month-by-month, so seven full years are maintained. Earnings can also be redeemed for cash in $50 increments. The GM Extended Family Card Earnings are in addition to most incentives GM may offer, including your GM Employee or Supplier Discount.
