How does the Gavitec code-reading technology work?
A. The Gavitec technology above all enables the reading process of all international popular barcodes (1D, 2D-codes like Data Matrix) via mobile phone camera and furthermore it enables reading a code from the mobile phone display. Gavitec has developed their own algorithms for codereading, which enables especially the reading procedure of 2dimensional symbologies (2D-codes). The algorithms enable an omnidirectional reading process of codes with cameras, which have a low resolution and reading of diffus displayed codes. This is the necessary requirement to read codes with low-price-mobile phones! All Gavitec products are based on these algorithms.
