How does the fourth ticket sales phase work?
The fourth ticket sales phase is a registration phase with tickets subsequently being allocated by a random lottery. All ticket applications received between 20 January and 20 February 2011 will be collected before the allocation, so it makes no difference whether the application is received early or late during this phase. Every correct application received has the same chance of success. The tickets are then drawn and allocated at the end of February 2011.
