In contrast, with the FlowPRA Screening Test, the percent PRA remained constant at a 1:40 dilution. Nonetheless, instructions for the FlowPRA Screening Test recommend the use of undiluted sera for higher sensitivity. The FlowPRA Test conforms to flow crossmatching techniques, facilitating comparison of results.
