How does the FLEXA slat system work?
All FLEXA mattresses are specially designed to use with our Integrated (European) Slat System – a unique continuous and flexible support which works better for your child than any box spring or conventional bed. Each individual slat is made from 6 layers of strong birch veneer, a total of 15 slats interact with the mattress to provide your child with the perfect sleep. The FLEXA slat system softens pressure points and contours with your childs back and brings it into the correct sleep position. To ensure the slat system works properly, please weave safety strap between the slats and pull it as tight as possible.
