How does the flex-schedule group work?
You choose a schedule that works with your lifestyle and you can join with friends or workout with other GFE participants that select those days/times. Perhaps a Monday/Wednesday/Friday in the morning works best for you most of the time but sometimes you need to switch to Tuesday/Thursday evenings and Saturday afternoon. You have the flexibility to choose from our available schedule. We suggest a schedule of two or three days per week for optimum results and offer block session pricing to match your budget and busy lifestyle.
