How does the Firefly model compare to last years model the Dragonfly?
The Dragonfly was the foundation on which the Firefly was built. The sound characteristics are similar, but we have made many upgrades on the new model. The most notable changes included making the body deeper, hand carving certain strategic spots on the top, we added a Graphtech synthetic tusk nut and have increased our carving process on the bracing. In addition to these upgrades in sound we improved the tuners to new tuners by Grover and improved playability by scooping out the fingerboard extension.
