How does the Financial Aid disbursement work?

The Financial Aid office will notify the University Wide EAP Office (UOEAP) of the financial aid awarded to the student. Those awards committed by the Financial Aid Office will be credited to the students UOEAP account. UOEAP Program Fees are deducted from the students financial aid and if there is a remaining credit balance, the money is disbursed to the student in one payment or a series of payments by the UOEAP office. For more information regarding disbursements, please visit the UOEAP website at http://www.eap.ucop.edu. Disbursements can be automatically deposited in an account that a student designates to UOEAP or a check will be sent to the U.S. address indicated on the EAP Financial Address form.
