How does the Ferrari community treat 348/355 owners?
This question is pretty vague, I know. You may also find it needlessly presumptuous, but here it is: My experience around the types of people that own, could afford, or would want the newer Ferrari’s (and this is by no means a rule, just anecdotal) is that they are vapid, self-absorbed people, the types that will begin insulting you when they meet you to secure their superiority over you. It seems like these owners are often the type that would say, “What is this, a Lamborghini? Oh, it is a Ferrari? 430? OK, cool, I like this one, I’ll take it.” Yeah, maybe it is unfair, but I hang out with lawyers, real estate people, and brokers frequently at fancy parties and crap, and they are just horrible people, generally. They are consumed with money, that is all they want to talk about. The main question is in the title, but the sub-question is, “Can Ferrari ownership be separated from a simple tool to display how wealthy and awesome you are?” For instance, I really like the way the 348 looks,
