The system can be configured with a CRB or call record buffer. A CRB is a small device you connect to the PABX and to the pc where you have your TeleBill Call Tracker. If for any reason, your pc stops working — disconnected, disk crash, power failure, etc — the CRB automatically stores the call records. It can store up to 9,600 call records — more than enough time to put the pc working. When the pc becomes “live” again, TeleBill retrieves the records stored in the CRB, processes and stores them to the database server. Thus, no call record ever get lost.
