How does the EZ Firewall know which programs and processes to allow to connect to the Internet?
After installation, you’ll see several alerts when you first start using EZ Firewall. Don’t worry, alerts don’t necessarily mean you are under attack – they help you tailor your security to your individual needs. If you are not sure what to do if an alert message appears concerning an unfamiliar program or process, we recommend that you select NO to prevent connetion to the Internet for optimum security and privacy.
