How does The Excel Center differ from other adult education or GED programs?
At The Excel Center, students meet all of the Indiana academic standards to earn a high school diploma and can take college classes to work toward higher education certification or degrees. Education is designed with students in mind. The Center has extended hours throughout the week and is open Saturdays. This allows you to attend classes and access the Center when it is convenient for you. We offer online courses that are accessible wherever there is Internet (home, library, etc.). Because you have control over when, where and how you learn, a personalized learning plan is developed based on your goals and educational level. You advance when you have mastered material and achieved individual learning goals.
