How does the ERMedicalID free online medical registry work?
Upon placing an order, you will be asked to provide limited information in order to begin the setup of your member profile, which gets entered into your free online medical registry. There is a molding inside each wristband containing the following text, “For further patient info go to www.ERMedicalID.com/info”. Emergency responders and/or doctors can login to this website by using the member’s last name and member number in order to obtain additional medical information such as medication dosage, doctor’s contact information, and additional emergency contact information. A member’s last name is always engraved on their wristband, but the member number can be obtained one of two ways.
