How does the Endowment broadly fund health?
The California Endowment was founded with a mission to expand access to quality health care for the underserved, and to improve the health of all Californians, this unique vision restricts our funding efforts. However, the foundation’s approach supports activities that improve access, cultural competency and community health in a variety of ways which embrace the state’s diverse determinants of health.
