How does the employee schedule/ grace period affect total hours?
The only value that affects the total hours worked is the rounding value. Increasing or decreasing the grace period or changing the schedule will not affect the total hours worked. The schedule and grace period restricts the employee to clock in and out during certain time periods. Only the actual hours worked are used in the computation.
