How does the elimination of the development officer positions affect UW fundraising?
This is part of a restructuring of UW fundraising efforts. Instead of development officers being housed in individual units, a smaller number of development officer positions will be established and be housed in UW’s Division of Institutional Advancement the staff that supports the UW Foundation. Strong fundraising efforts will continue at UW with these development officers working in coordination and with an institutional focus.
