How does the eFitness for Life Program work?
Getting started is easy. Upon choosing a program to start, you will be contact by the eFitness for Life Team and initial consultations will begin, allowing your coach/trainer to devise a program for you. Working together to meet your needs and schedule, your program will take shape and be completely personalized to your lifestyle. Once your program is ready, the fun begins. Through continuous communication, your coach/trainer will walk you through each and every day if necessary, answering questions along the way or providing motivation and support when needed. Our goal was to make this process “simple” in order to allow even the busiest person to get in shape. We have done so! Join us!
