How does the DripStop® Valve work?
Water pressure inside your faucet gently presses the DripStop® Valve’s resilient sealing material against the smooth interior wall of your faucet’s seat. This creates a watertight seal. The DripStop® Valve is uniquely engineered with a “stop” that prevents you from over tightening your faucet’s handle.And because the DripStop® Valve is never twisted, smashed, or crushed against any metal surface, it is never subjected to the deteriorating abrasion that an old-fashioned rubber washer endures when you turn the handle.
