You need to have a dating scan. I’m guessing you’re in the UK where they are so reluctant to spend any money they don’t need to. Tell your midwife, if you have seen yours yet, that you want a dating scan cos you’re not sure. Failing that; rock up at A&E tonight with diabolical abdominal pain (made up obviously). Tell them you think you’re pregnant they will do an ultrasound to confirm. That way you’ll get to jump the queue and receive the treatment you deserve. You have to play the NHS – it’s all a game. By the end of your pregnancy you’ll be an expert.
