How does the Discard button on the detailed Listing View page work?
The Discard button is used to deselect unsuitable listings. After conducting a listing search for a new buyer client, for example, you can use the Discard button to eliminate unwanted listings from the group you initially selected as you examine each listing in more detail. When you have discarded all of the unsuitable properties, you can e-mail the remaining listings directly to your client. Clicking the Discard button deselects the currently displayed listing — if you are viewing a report format that shows more than one listing, the Discard button is disabled. When a listing is discarded, the first listing in the list is then displayed. (Note that this functionality will change in MLXchange 1.3 so that the next listing is then displayed, not the first listing in the list.) When you discard the last listing, the program automatically loads into the Listing View page every listing that matched your original search criteria.
