How does the DIOSA guarantee work?
• DIOSA hair stylers are manufactured to the highest standards and will no doubt provide you with excellent service when used in accordance with the instructions. The device is guaranteed against defective materials or workmanship for a period of 12-months. If the hair styler fails to operate, first check that it is plugged in correctly and switched on. For operation in the UK, please check to see if the 5amp fuse in the plug has failed. It must only be replaced with a British standard 5amp fuse. Please keep a dated receipt as proof-of-purchase. In the unlikely event that the product is found defective within the 12-months, please return the device in its original packaging to the original place of purchase. At the manufacturer’s sole discretion, DIOSA will then replace units faulty within 3-months or optionally repair up to 12-months.
