HOW DOES THE DEA FREEDRAW SERVICE WORK?
1. The DEA measures up and roughly ‘sketches’ the property during the EPC visit 2. The floor plan is drawn on Metropix, from any PC, then previewed and sent directly to the Estate Agent‘s account 3. The Estate Agent receives an email confirming that the plan has been created. A link on the email will take them straight to the floor plan, within their own account. There they can make amendments to the plan whenever they wish, upload the plan to their web site or sales details AND, if they wish, upgrade the plan – to an interactive and/or 3D plan – or order a map.
