CFC leads will be sent to Lead Manager each weekday, about 180 days prior to lease maturity. The Vehicle Make/Model fields will be blank (because we don’t know which New Vehicle the customer may be interested in). You may view the customer’s Vehicle Lease Info from the Edit Lead Info view. When you contact the customer, Lead Manager will prompt you to check optional checkboxes describing what the customer intends to do upon lease maturity. These customer intentions will be transmitted to CFC to let them know your dealership is working on the lead.
