How does the customization and ordering process work?
Individual users are presented with a secure online catalog of available materials from which they can click individual items to order or even use a shopping cart to order multiple items at once. Each item selected presents the user with various text fields, pull-down menus or buttons with which they can make their customizations. An online proof is rendered to the screen and once approved, the user is presented with an ordering interface to select quantities, delivery locations, etc. Once the order form is submitted, the user receives a confirmation number on-screen as well as a confirmation email showing the order detail.
